- Press “Details” button in booking list of My Page.
- Press “Request a Invoice” button at the bottom of the page.
For non-members
- Visit the link in a confirmation email and press “Request a Invoice” button.
For those who purchase at hotels
- Please ask them at the time of purchase. If you need it at a later date, please contact them.
For those who purchase at ticket machine.
- Please press “Receipt” button.
For those who purchase at our ticket counters.
- Please ask our staff.
For those who purchase via travel agencies.
- Please ask them at the time of purchase. If you need it at a later date, please contact them.
